Finding Yourself Again: 8 Weeks of Guided Reflection for Women Navigating Change
What if the life you’re living no longer feels like the life you imagined?
Finding Yourself Again is an eight-week guided reflection workbook for women who find themselves at a point of change, transition, uncertainty, or simply wondering, What happened to me along the way?
Created by bilingual therapist Kim G. Simpson, MSW, LCSW, this workbook invites you to slow down and become curious about your own story.
Over eight weeks, you’ll explore:
• What is happening in your life, and why now • Your story and the experiences that shaped you • Your emotions and your right to experience them • Hopes, dreams, and desires you may have set aside • The values and beliefs you learned along the way • Which beliefs still serve you,and which may no longer fit • What’s missing from your life right now • Boundaries, self-care, and small steps toward what you want next
This isn’t about reinventing yourself or finding all the answers.
It’s about making space to listen to yourself again.
Each week includes guided reflection questions, opportunities to pause and notice, and spacious writing exercises designed to help you explore your thoughts, feelings, values, beliefs, needs, and hopes at your own pace.
You don’t have to change everything.
You can start by noticing.
Download includes option of, 1) printable version and 2) fillable version. The journal has a total of 60 pages.
